Security Information
This loan application service performs regular vulnerability scans and penetration tests to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our systems and data. The loan application service utilizes both internal and external resources to perform various testing to include but not limited to, vulnerability scans using multiple vendors, web application penetration tests, network architecture reviews, source code review and penetration testing.
Terms of Use

This Agreement, sometimes referred to as ‘Terms of Use’, comprises the terms governing your use of the outreachcu.com applications which we use to offer you the ability to complete and submit a loan or membership application online. You may only download material from this site for your own use as follows: you may make one machine readable copy and/or one print copy that is limited to occasional items of individual interest only. You may not remove or amend any trademark, copyright or other proprietary notice. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you may not distribute any part of this site over any network, nor sell or offer it for sale. You may not copy, de-compile reverse-engineer, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the site. Any Open Source software used on the site is provided in accordance with the terms of the applicable Open Source Software license, and Credit Union and its licensors are not a party to the same. We reserve all rights that are not specifically granted to you.
That you are expressly prohibited from presenting the site in a setting created by you or a third party (e.g., through framing), particularly (but not exclusively) where that setting includes advertising or other materials that we have not expressly authorized to be displayed with the site.
That any of your questions, comments, or suggestions for improvements regarding the site or the services that you email, post, or otherwise transmit to Us (your “Communications”) will become the property of the Credit Union. You hereby relinquish and assign to the Credit Union the worldwide, royalty free, right and title to run, use, re-use, implement, copy, display, and create derivative works from, those Communications, including any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in your Communications for any purpose.
All content and functionality displayed, provided, reproduced, or distributed by us on the site are for information purposes only and are not intended as, and are not a substitute for advice, including, without limitation, a professional’s advice on legal, tax, insurance or investment matters.
If you choose, or are provided with, a user name, password, or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. Loan Request Privacy Statement
As your credit union, we collect your personal information to process the relevant loan application you are submitting. This Privacy Statement applies to the treatment of personally identifiable information submitted to us by, or otherwise obtained from you or with your permission, in connection with your application.
INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT Personal Information You Provide to Us: We may receive and store any information you submit.
